ChildHope Philippines
ChildHope Philippines is an international, non-profit , non-political, non-sectarian organization whose principal purpose is to advocate for the cause of street children throughout Asia but primarily in the Philippines. It works towards the liberation of children from their suffering cause by working and living on the street. Its flagship programs are the Baranggay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC) for its advocacy efforts and the Street Education Program for its outreach and direct service arm. FCED Families and Children for Empowerment and Development (FCED) Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit service foundation organized in 1987 that brings together government and non-government organizations and community volunteer in community-based services that promote social and economic development in depressed areas in Manila. Tahanan Sta. Luisa Tahanan Sta. Luisa is a crisis intervention center admitting girl children ages 7-17 who are classified as street children, abandoned or neglected, physically abused, sexually abused or prostituted. The goal is to rehabilitate, ensure and sustain the integration of young girls who are at risk or have been abused, to their families and/relatives and to society in general. Websites: |
